I don’t think Mitchell was fired because of the shirt, I think his company realized what a horrible overall person he was. I called Ufly in early march to schedule a 4 hour block of time in prep for my real Boeing 777 type rating class in July. Mitchell answered and after discussion about my schedule, he gave me his cell number and said he would see me on our agreed date and time. I arrived in Toronto the evening before my time slot, and called Mitchell. He was very hateful when he returned my call, saying can had all the time and my block was taken. I ask why he had not called me to inform me of this, and he got angry and hung up. I would no go to Ufly if he Was still there. I’m now hopping to get back to Toronto before my class in July.

Very decent group of people and doing an outstanding job in the community on top of delivering a great Flight Simulation experience. (Sad to see comments like Paul Atkinson’s below that are off topic, misinformed and frankly “Digital Graffiti”. Paul has never set foot in the facility but feels the need to comment on his “Experience”.)

I have had nothing but great experiences at Ufly. Instructors Darren, Luigi, and one other gentleman (whose name eludes me), have all been excellent at teaching me the basics. I’m trying and learning something new every time I go, and everyone has been very encouraging. I don’t have any plans (currently) to become a pilot, but I am definitely enjoying the experience. I am also very impressed with the simulator itself. The rendering is quite good, and the ability to change flight conditions (e.g. weather) and airports is neat.

Excellent experience at Ufly today with my husband and son. The simulator was very realistic and the instruction was both informative and entertaining. The staff were very professional and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend Ufly to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the controls of the 777 simulator. From the moment you sit down to take off until you are finally back on the ground, everything (including the landscape) looks and feels real. Landing the plane is difficult and I managed to bounce the big bird on the runway but lived to talk about it. Give this simulator a try….you will come away with a new appreciation for commercial pilots expertise. I will go back, if only to make a smooth landing.

Just got off the phone with Annie who was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I tried the simulator for the first time last boxing day and had a great time. We wanted to do something special for our niece who is here from Alberta for Christmas, this year until January 4. Ufly is fully booked and don’t have anything until after that date, but they made an exception and booked my niece and her parents after closing on one of the days before she has to leave! THAT is what customer service is all about. They will have a great time and we saved ourselves a Sunday afternoon at the mall….4 days before Christmas!! I purchased a Groupon for Ufly and found the front desk very accommodating. Upon my first call, there were no empty spots for me to book a session. They went above and beyond and made it work for us, we were able to use the Groupon before its expiry date. We had an amazing experience and planning on returning soon!

My experience with Ufly is fantastic. The online booking is very easy and as I called to confirm the address, the lady was extremely friendly and professional. As I arrived in the day of my session, I have been welcomed with a warm smile. I only waited a few minutes and then Luigi took me into the simulator and was very patient for the one hour flight. He was so lovely and funny and answered all my questions with passion. I cannot praise enough the experience I had and would do it again immediately when I am back in Toronto! A truly amazing experience! Highly recommended. Personally, I thought the 1 hour was enough. Just enough time to have a couple of take-offs and landings and get a decent understanding of how incredible the 777 is. Josh was a pleasure to “fly” with. Thanks for the memory!

Having played with flight simulators for many years I was really looking forward to a more immersive experience – and UFly delivered! The staff are excellent and the facility is nice. While the simulator may not move there is plenty of feedback – everything from sounds when deploying flaps and landing gear to push back on the yoke. It’s a lot to take in if you’re only there for an hour (and I have at least some actual flight experience), so if you can afford it I recommend signing up for two hours – it’s what I’m going to do for my next visit!

Great experience bought it as a birthday gift for my husband his brother and wife came with us and three had the experience of flying we chose the Caribbean and Hong Kong. Unfortunately I can’t remember our captain s name but he was great. So looking forward to going again would highly recommend it

My son celebrated his 10th birthday with his friends at Ufly. The pilots and staff were wonderful! The 777 Boeing simulation was customized to feel like you were taking off and landing in Toronto, London and even New Delhi. It was truly educational, flying a plane is a lot harder than we realized. The jet plane simulation was fun for all and the kids had a great time learning all about pilots and planes! Overall truly a wonderful experience. Thanks Ufly!

UFly does a great job. A knowledgeable and personable pilot looks after you the whole time. Whether you are a complete rookie or a seasoned pilot you will enjoy this experience. The 777 is a big plane, and learning how it responds to pilot input is part of the fun. The realistic cockpit, controls, and view of the scenery, including traffic visible and moving really make the experience vivid.

My boys absolutely LOVED this experience!! Our co-pilot was amazing and so knowledgeable, and, as passengers, I can tell you it felt like the real thing! A great gift for anyone who likes flying or airplanes, or really just liked to have fun and learn at the same time!

This was an enjoyable experience, I had a great time. The captain was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the Boeing 777. I am looking forward to my next experience which will probably be the upgrade package. I strongly recommend this experience to any avid plane enthusiast!

I was pretty impressed by this place. While it doesn’t look like much from the outside, the simulated cockpit is very impressive and our pilot was very knowledgable and patient. The only “issue” I had was I would have liked some of the additional costs (other flights, recording of the flight) laid out when the reservation was made. That said, overall this was a very good experience.

Excellent experience, did not know what to expect and I was not disappointed. The Hour does go by quite fast however. Used the Groupon coupon to get a better deal however upon booking they do charge you HST on top of the Groupon price. When we arrived the simulator was broken and we had to rebook the next day however the receptionist was very polite and gave us gold package and pictures for the inconvenience. Luigi was amazing and knowledgable. He added to the good time. Will be back.

Great experience, went with my adult son, we both enjoyed it. Big step up from the old flight simulators on your desktop computer. Session was as advertised, and our “instructor” (Aaron) was excellent. I’m not a pilot but a serious aviation geek, and this was ideal. I will be back for more.

We had the opportunity to fly both the Boeing 777 and the 737. All of the people at U-fly were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend U-fly to anyone who is interested in flying a flight simulator either to improve their piloting skills or to just have fun. All of the people are very professional and knowledgable about all aspects of flight.

What an amazing experience! Luigi was such a fun and friendly co pilot. I got to choose where to fly to and ended up seeing Bahamas, Vegas and Australia. Flew in clear skies, the night sky and thunderstorms. Very enlightening experience into what pilots do! Would def recommend doing it!

5 stars…What a great experience with Luigi our instructor. We had the Gold package which was 2 hrs, which literally flew by. We flew to Bahamas, Las Vegas and Sydney. Just incredible! Luigi was so educational and explained everything. We learned so much that will never look at aviation the same again because now we know what goes on in the cockpit. Would highly recommend this to everyone to experience.

It was a great experience. The staff is friendly and they call you one day ahead of your booked time to remind you of it. The flying was awesome and I will definitely repeat it. Once you arrive, you are asked if you want an upgrade, but the staff is not pushy by any means – everything is explained to you in clear terms. The instructor was amazing and I would recommend this to everybody who’s wondering how flying a commercial jet goes. Great fun and time well spent.

Overall, it was an alright experience. The pilot who helped was nice and so was the receptionist. The cockpit itself was well built, but I was surprised with the underwhelming simulator they used. I have a desktop under $1000 that runs the exact same simulator with add-ons better. I think they should invest in a better computer for the simulator and upgrade to P3D to really immerse customers.

Such an incredible experience! I couldn’t recommend it more. Claudio our instructor was stellar. I booked this experience for my partners birthday. He has a fear of heights that he is working on getting over and it really helped he had tons of questions and had an absolute blast learning how to fly! The simulator was super realistic and since he loves video games was right up his alley. We got to do 3 flights while we were there. Tip – make sure to book a minimum of 2 hours as it takes some time to master the myriad buttons, switches and knobs. Five stars!! We will certainly be back!

This was an incredible experience! As a frequent flyer, I found it fascinating to learn about, and experience, what happens in the cockpit. I have a whole new respect for what pilots have to know and do. My co-pilot, Claudio, was so informative and patient with me even when I was nose-diving into the runway! So much fun. A great gift for friends or family that are fascinated by flying.

The simulator is as good as it gets. I flew with the owner, Claudio, himself and could not have asked for a better, more personal and personable experience. He is enthusiastic, obviously loves flying and wants to make sure you have a good time. Do I need to talk about the B777? State-of-the-industry-awesome. One can fly on the home computer as much as one wants – nothing compares to touching the “real” controls.

Went yesterday, and Claudio for the basic 1 hour flight simulator. My fiance and I shared the hour as it came with 2 full flights. He ran us through manual flight skills and autopilot work and adjustments. Highly recommend it for anyone with interest in flight

I have flown in the simulator several times now. It’s an amazing experience – about as close to the real thing as you can get. The office staff and flight crew are all very welcoming and patient. On this past visit I brought a friend with me who had never piloted before. The instructor was great at explaining things and guiding her through her first flights.

I did the 777 simulator and went to “Hawaii” and “Hong Kong”. This was my first experience and I was a bit overwhelmed, but Claudio was very good at explaining everything and made me feel at ease. My wife and took a simulator flight, on 15 December 2020. It was her surprise birthday present to me, and what a surprise it turned out to be. To be actually fulfilling my “dream” was magical. We “flew from Toronto, over Dubai, onward to London, where we landed at the City Centre airport. We took off, and returned to Toronto, after making a circuit over the Island Airport – Billy Bishop, and touched down at Pearson. The experience was incredible, and what made it all the better, was the presence of Capt. Claudio and his wonderful commentary, instruction and extensive knowledge from 32 years of flying. It is an experience I would strongly recommend to everyone, whether they love flying or not. Possibly my only regret is that I will be tempted to repeat the experience – more than once. It was a 5+ Star rating Thank you Claudio.

No matter your skill level, a seasoned aviation professional or a completely newbie to the industry, you can have a great time here running different flight scenarios. My only point of criticism is the price, which I find a little high per hour. If it were more economical I would come here on a much more regular basis, however with the prices as is, it is only really possible as a gift or on a more rare basis.

Claudio was very polite & professional! My kids loved each & every moment. Totally worth the money, and I’d recommend it to anyone who is interested in planes and feeling a small flavor of being a pilot!

As a private pilot, it was great to get into the front office of something that only exists in my dreams. Claudio was a great first officer and instructor. He had me maintain altitude, and follow the flight plan. I kept airspeed coming in over the threshold, flared beautifully while touching the nose down ever so softly. Much better than I had ever done in a Cessna! It was great feeling the (simulated) landing gear on touchdown. The tiller took some getting used to, and oh, taking off out of St. Maarten with the mountain at the end of the runway was awesome! I hope in the future, they’ll be a piston leg sim to fully appreciate takeoff thrust, and maybe a few G’s when banking.

Time flies quickly when you fly at UFLY Simulator, having Claudio as your instructor. There are so many things to learn, to do, to ask, to enjoy and to fullfill, at least “simulated”, one of your childhood dreams. All is done in a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely return for other flights, maybe to try something more challenging, like a night flight or stormy weather. I’m glad they re-open after lockdowns. I recommend UFLY to every flying enthusiast, or as a gift for your loved ones, kids or adults.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and passionate. A great and patient teacher and experienced captain. He went into detail around the different instruments, and gave examples of how certain movements gestures feel for the passengers. A great experience. Thank you..!

I found the Ufly 777 simulator very realistic as well as entertaining. I would recommend it to anyone who has a keen interest in flying especially for those interested in large commercial airliners.

The experience was awesome. Anyone interested in flying should give it a try. The realism of being in an actual cockpit can only be surpassed by the real airplane. With this, you don’t need a license to fly.

Greatest experience for myself and the kids! Highly recommend….Claudio was an amazing host and graciously answered about 20 emails from me prior to our scheduled date. Incredible experience! Absolutely one of a kind our pilot, Instructor was so friendly, answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. We were able to fly into 6 airports and each one was unique. I would recommend to anyone.

My son and his friend (both 13yrs old) loved their flight simulation. Their instructor was awesome and I enjoyed the entire flight as a passenger. I would highly recommend this to anyone, but especially if your kid dreams of being a pilot

Great experience getting to know the different controls to fly the plane auto pilot feature was very cool to understand . captain? simulator was really great & make everything easy to understand.

A Must Visit in Ontario. Claudio, the founder and CEO has a clear purpose leading this venue: education, fun, and a journey to remember. The booking was super easy and quick with the pretty young mademoiselle at the reception “so sad I can’t remember her name”. Then when Claudio shows up you can never guess that he is the CEO and founder; he is down to earth, speaks to kids as if he is their friend or classmate. The simulation area was clean, sanitized, masks were worn all time. The communication level and conversation between Claudio and my son was professional and outstanding. Everything was amazing and I highly recommend this experience to residents of Ontario, Canada, and visitors from abroad.

Had a fantastic Simulator Experience at Ufly. Claudio was my Instructor. He was very Professional and Knowledgeable. He guided me through the various procedures and answered my many Questions. The simulator looked very real and appreciate how let all three of us have turn it felt like the pilot was doing everything, and the only part I controlled was the beginning besides that, it was a good time and the pilot was very friendly.

Really great experience here. Bought a Groupon and ended up going twice. The Owner was our “Pilot” and guided us through whole simulation. Really impressed at his knowledge and passion… can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Overall, my wife Pamela and I absolutely loved our experience with Ufly! It was like flying a plane in real life. And Claudio was such an amazing instructor and personable.

We took our teenage son for his birthday and he had a really great time with Founder, CEO and pilot Claudio who was an excellent host and instructor. Great experience for all ages. There are many options available for your flight to choose from. It can be as simple or as detailed as you like. And if you would like assistance from the “instructor”, they can help you set up the airplane, and answer any questions you have about flying. They are real pilots with real flying experience for big jets.

Very knowledgeable teacher, lets you use and engage in the experience.
Gives you control of the plane and shares real life tips on how to fly a plane. Calls you “Captain” Which is my favorite..!

Had a great flight yesterday. Mez and AJ were fine instructors and I really appreciated them snapping some pics for me. If you’re a pilot you won’t be disappointed! And if you’ve never flown before you’ll be amazed! After a couple of minutes, with the 180 degree screen your brain really believes you’re in the air, coming in for a landing felt just like the real thing. Very professional staff out front and an all around enjoyable time. I’ll be back with friends.
