Introducing the Captain’s Challenge
Who has what it takes to become your team’s top pilot?
Guided by UFLY instructors, participants rotate through pilot roles and compete in aviation challenges that test communication, precision, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Every challenge contributes to a final score out of 100. At the end, the highest scoring participant is crowned Captain of the Day.

How It Works
No previous flying experience is needed. Our instructors guide your team through each stage.
Pre-Flight Briefing
Begin with a 10 to 15 minute introduction covering cockpit controls, flight procedures, and the challenge objectives.
Take the Controls
Rotate through pilot roles, enjoy hands-on simulator time, and complete flight challenges with instructor guidance.
Celebrate Your Captain
Review the scores, celebrate the team’s achievements, and announce the Captain of the Day.

Do participants need flying experience?
No previous flying experience is necessary. UFLY instructors provide a briefing and guide participants through the simulator experience.
How many people can participate?
Our proposed corporate packages accommodate groups of up to 6, 10, 16, or 25 people, depending on the package selected.
Does everyone get a chance to fly?
The Captain’s Challenge is designed so participants rotate through pilot roles and everyone receives hands-on simulator flight time.
How long does a corporate event last?
Proposed event durations range from 2 to 4 hours depending on the package and group size.
