Overall, it was an alright experience. The pilot who helped was nice and so was the receptionist. The cockpit itself was well built, but I was surprised with the underwhelming simulator they used. I have a desktop under $1000 that runs the exact same simulator with add-ons better. I think they should invest in a better computer for the simulator and upgrade to P3D to really immerse customers.
