Just got off the phone with Annie who was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I tried the simulator for the first time last boxing day and had a great time. We wanted to do something special for our niece who is here from Alberta for Christmas, this year until January 4. Ufly is fully booked and don’t have anything until after that date, but they made an exception and booked my niece and her parents after closing on one of the days before she has to leave! THAT is what customer service is all about. They will have a great time and we saved ourselves a Sunday afternoon at the mall….4 days before Christmas!!
