Honestly speaking, if you are first time performing the flight simulator, this is the place for you. I have played multiple flight simulator games on computer using joystick, and other than the cockpit, things are pretty much the same. The graphics of uFly Simulator Inc. are outdated (from the early 2000). The graphics are not fluid. The cockpit is great, however, there is no movement when you take off or land. There are bunch of upgrades that they provide as soon as you walk in. They said they will be taking the video of us for the entire flight. The attendant came in to put the camera after 15 minutes or so and forgot to turn on the camera. So at the end there was no video. For the previous customer she took the video but the camera was upside down, so the entire video was upside down. The instructor was good. Some of the time he was steering the controller especially at the landing time. We were not given full 1 hour. We started at 3:35pm and finished before 4:25pm. Conclusion: 1. Good for first timers. 2. Need to update their graphics. 3. Not worth the money paid for the time. 4. The staff doesn't know how to hook the camera for recording. 5. Upgrades not worth it as well.

Such an incredible experience! I couldn't reccomend it more. Claudio our instructor was stellar. I booked this experience for my partners birthday. He has a fear of heights that he is working on getting over and it really helped he had tons of questions and had an absolute blast learning how to fly! The simulator was super realistic and since he loves video games was right up his alley. We got to do 3 flights while we were there. Tip - make sure to book a minimum of 2 hours as it takes some time to master the myriad buttons, switches and knobs. Five stars!! We will certainly be back!

Overall, it was an alright experience. The pilot who helped was nice and so was the receptionist. The cockpit itself was well built, but I was surprised with the underwhelming simulator they used. I have a desktop under $1000 that runs the exact same simulator with add-ons better. I think they should invest in a better computer for the simulator and upgrade to P3D to really immerse customers.

It was a great experience. The staff is friendly and they call you one day ahead of your booked time to remind you of it. The flying was awesome and I will definitely repeat it. Once you arrive, you are asked if you want an upgrade, but the staff is not pushy by any means - everything is explained to you in clear terms. The instructor was amazing and I would recommend this to everybody who's wondering how flying a commercial jet goes. Great fun and time well spent.

Great experience! Our instructor Claudio was excellent. He did a great job explaining how to operate the airplane and was really enthusiastic and made it a really fun experience. Will definitely be returning!
