Six years ago, I converted my passion for aviation from a hobby to a business, and it has been an incredible journey and promises to be more than what I could have ever imagined. The plethora of opportunities that have come my way have sky-rocketed, and I’ve met clients whose needs surpass what I envisioned.
It’s been a thorough challenge but is one that keeps me wanting to improve and offer unparalleled services to my clients continually. While many people believe that most problems revolve around finances to run a business, to me, my most significant challenge is more intrinsic.
My biggest challenge is working in a field that I love and finding a way to focus on my business by thinking with my head and not my heart. Sometimes, I’ve had to make hard choices to protect the business and not lose sight of my goals.
As we celebrated our sixth anniversary in October, it is with immense pride that I state that uFly Simulator Inc. is my dream job. I have loved creating and building such a successful program and service, and am excited about the future.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty, integrity, confidence, quality, and passion, which has led to six successful years and many more to come. A large part of this success is down to my honesty, fair treatment of individuals, and hard work.
My motto revolves around continually learning something new and enjoying your experience. Therefore, when I see our clients enjoying their experience and watch kids learn about aviation, I am filled with insurmountable joy.
When I’m not helping people develop a passion for aviation, I’m either fueling my passion by flying on the simulator or playing tennis.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
